Scope of Work: As advisory oceanographer Steve Okkonen will provide advice in the development of physical oceanography proposals for the Prince William Sound Science Center. He will also provide assistance in the design of the PWS Ocean Observing System and will serve as advisor for the PWSSC postdoctoral fellow.
